"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"Excellent service. I cannot say enough good things about Xavier. He was on time and when the problem was a leaky faucet, he came back again when I had the new faucet to instal it. A very professional outfit and great service. I will surely be calling them again if I have a plumbing issue at my apartment."

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.

"Two long days. A lot of outdated upgrades and repairs bring house to code. Lots of old leaking shut off valves replaced. I still need to repair holes in the walls but I’m confident the plum is solid."

"Andrea and team are the best. This is the second time they did tile work for us. Removing an old backsplash in the kitchen and replacing with new. Took less than 2 days. Their cleanup after each day was impeccable."

"Gene and his crew did a beautiful job on our new bathroom. They were there every morning on time, responsive to questions via text or email, and kept us aware of their progress as well as what was to come next. The demolition itself knocked a few nails through the walls adjacent to the bathroom but Gene happily fixed it himself. Gene even responded to questions and followed up with us following the job completion to ensure we were pleased."

"We were most impressed with Mark's efficiency, expertise and the ease with which he explained how the problem occurred, our options, and how to maintain an optimal system going forward. He also let us know we could call him anytime with any issue or question. We don't remember the last time we got such excellent service and recommend him highly!"

"Frank Tedeschi and his men did an amazing job. The buffet had sustained substantial damage, both to the interior (drawer and frame crushed by an unsecured heavy shelf board) and the exterior (multiple scratches and dents, and two drawer faces that required replacing). Frank went to a great deal of trouble to match the wood that needed replacing, and the repaired and refinished piece looks as if it had never been damaged in the first place. We are more than delighted with the result! Frank and his crew had previously done a great job stripping and refinishing a large mid-century book/display shelf for us."

"Picasso renovations did an amazing job doing a full get renovation on my two family home in Brooklyn. They did the demo, the framing, the floors, the kitchen, the crown molding, the bathrooms. All the work was clean and detailed, finished on the expected timeline as we discussed, everyone on the team is pleasant and hospitable, and they made a hard job feel easy breezy. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looked for a great GC!"

"I asked Master to give me a repair on bathroom plumbing repairs. They gave me a reasonable quote and based on their advice, I decided to just do a total bathroom renovation. I didn't use Master but they were very professional and knowledgeable."
