"Before choosing window king we had several companies come to our home. Pella, power and another smaller company. Then we had Sam from window king come by. Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the product and was patient with answering questions. We were impressed by the fact that he never pressured us to make a commitment. Afterwards I read many reviews and even looked up the okna company but we still weren't sold.. So I spoke with Sam again and he offered a better deal on the windows so we moved forward... Lisa called me to make arrangements.. when the mechanic came to take the measurements I was out and my daughter didnt give the proper instructions so they were wrong.. Again i spoke with Lisa and she had him come by and remeasure I was extremely grateful. After a couple of weeks I was wondering about the windows so I called and to my surprise Sam whom I was so impressed with was extremely rude and disrespectful towards me.. I was so angry I wanted to cancel my order but Lisa spoke with me and was very apologetic. The next day Nick (the owner) called he was apologetic as well. He expressed how important customers are to him snd did everything in his power to correct the situation. During the next couple of days I got several calls from Lisa letting me know when the windows would come and who would install them. The day of install Rafeal, Anthony, and Shorty as they called him came on time, and ready to work. They did an awesome job Anthony worked especially hard.. The windows look amazing... They worked straight through and man it was hot that day.. they also cleaned up after themselves. Honestly had it not been for Lisa I would have gone elsewhere. She saved the day or sale.. Her customer service is amazing and to me seemed genuine.. I also wanted to mention that Nick came over while the windows were being installed and spoke with me again. If your looking fo windows that look great, and are installed professionally and efficient this is the place to go.. Just avoid Sam.. LISA, NICK, AND THE GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO MAKE ME HAPPY. However the installation crew they sent was very knowledgeable and was easy to work with solving some of the onsite problems with an installation of this type and magnitude.  We achieved the results we wanted.  I have a very happy client and a happy clients mean I sleep well at night...As a contractor my future work is depended on my sub contractors completing their work on time and on budget with no excuses.  Window We Are communication throughout the project was excellent which helped prevent any possible issues.  <br /> I continue to use them for other projects and I feel comfortable recommending them."

"This is my second project working with Ivan and Roman and will definitely not be the last! We’d wanted our bathroom renovated and expanded into a space that was being used as a closet. There was a miscellaneous leak coming from somewhere that we also wanted immediate attention to also. We conferred with Ivan to make sure the house’s structure under the bathroom was sound and would accommodate the expansion and got the green light. We’d sent general ideas of what we wanted of the bathroom as gutting commenced. The gutting process was pristine! Every evening before the team left, they’d vacuum any debris remaining from the day’s gutting. This took approximately one week. During this time, the source of the leak was identified near a skylight as well as other areas on the roof. Ivan promptly looped in a roofer, sourced the problem and forwarded costs. We ended up getting a new skylight and repatching the roof (good for 10 years). The only thing that I’d do differently in my next project with the team is have a solid idea of the furnishings and details that I want installed and a checklist of items that I need to decide on. As I chose to purchase all of the bathroom furnishings, a detailed shopping list (tiles, shower system, wash basin, towel racks, colors, dimensions) would make the process so much smoother. Ivan and Roman offered their expertise where I was uncertain of how a design element would function or was practical at all. The guys also partner with a super jovial plumber who kept them in stitches while they worked! His work matched theirs in aesthetic appeal. The result of our renovation- magic! It turned out the closet was hogging a skylight and rendering all of the glorious sunlight coming in useless. Now we have a shower/ tub oasis where we are drenched in sunlight! We also wanted to replicate an exposed brick look in the bathroom that the team executed beautifully! We are incredibly pleased with Ivan and Roman’s work and will absolutely propose future projects to them."

"2 men arrived right on time. They were polite and ready to work. They actually work for a bigger company that either owns Clearity or is subcontracted by Clearity - it wasn't clear (no pun intended). Regardless, the 2 guys that came got right to work and did a remarkable job on my many, many window. I have a combination of the ones that can fold down into the room for cleaning and large picture windows which required them to hang out the window to clean. They did not have any safety equipment to make sure they didn't fall out (I'm 9 stories up) which was the only negative I found. They're a bit pricey but they were worth the money because they did such a good job and totally cleaned up after themselves. I have 18 2-pane windows, 4 picture windows and 17 screens that they cleaned for a total of $481.00. It took them about 2 hours to complete the job."

After a branch shattered my ten-year-old skylight, Chris and Andy did a superb job replacing the sash and removing the glass. They did an incredible job as well with clean up and were all around great guys. Anyone thinking of installing a skylight or needing a repair should use this company!"

"Pedro arrived when scheduled. Gave us estimate on glass replacement. He said it would take two weeks for the glass replacements to be made. Two weeks passed and he called to setup an installation appointment. He arrived with a helper. In an hours time he had the glass replaced in the tops of four different window. He is very professional, careful, and neat. The windows he repaired look as good as when they came out of the factory. I would definitely use Pedro again. <br />"
