"Good communication. Reached out to discuss plans and ideas. House was demolished by GDOT therefore could not pursue project."

"They showed up when they said and did the work agreed to with attention to detail."

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Mr. Dover was knowledgable about the whole building process. He kept us informed of progress and up to date during the build. The finale product was better than we had imagined. Great customer service and knowledgeble staff."

"We recently purchased a second home in Northeast GA. The house needed some work but we live full time in another state. We saw the reviews for Gridline Construction Services and went forward with Jason. We have had such a positive experience working with Jason and his crew. Jason is a true professional. He does what he says and has kept us informed at all times with the progress. We will continue to use Jason for more projects down the road. His service and attention to details is more than 5 stars. Thank you Jason! We are very pleased."

"It was fine. The original design didn’t meet my needs based on the information I provided them. However, they revised the plans which worked out better for me. They were able to get the first draft to me pretty quickly."

"We were very pleased with the kitchen remodeling Kelley's did for us. The crew members were hard working, experienced, and pleasant. When they ran into unexpected problems they took extra time to make things right without charging more. We will hire them again for future projects."

"See notes above. My experience couldn't have been better. It's good to know someone as competent and reliable as these folks. There isn't any home building or renovatiion or repair work that I wouldn't be comfortable asking them to perform."

"It took about 2 1/2 days. It was great. The work was detailed. They insisted to complete the job before the payment. They took some pictures to show me the progress and the quality of work. I was impressed as they did the work. I would definitely hire them again."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
