"I would say great but I had to get a new unit. AC Stopped working and One Choice came out quickly and diagnosed the problem. Tech tried a fix, but that only lasted a few hours. Returned and determined we needed a new condenser coil. Decided to replace outside unit as well. One day service to replace units and cool the house again. They deducted service call from first visit and gave me $250 off cost The price was very good. Neighbors had units replaced at twice the price. I have had a preventive maintenance contract with One Choice for over ten years. They do great professional work."

Andrew quoted on both units in the spring, along with two other local providers. There was a pretty good spread between lowest cost and highest cost estimates, with Comfort Zone just shy of the midpoint between lowest and highest.
