"Let me just say that Erik Shay is the truth. Yesterday the chain ⛓️ jumped off the gear that allows my garage door go up and down. When I spoke to Erik, I explained what happened and sent him a picture of the gear. He informed me that shouldn't have happened and the gear was either bent or broke. He also told me the gear ⚙️ looked to be in bad shape. Sure enough, it was broke just as he said, so he came by to do an assessment, measure my garage door and give me an estimate. He showed up earlier than we scheduled and provided me with a quote. They'll be here in the morning to replace my motor and for some reason, I'm excited. Thank you Erik for returning my call, knowing your craft so well that you knew what was wrong from a picture and phone call and getting me scheduled so quickly. I really appreciate you due diligence in taking care of your customers. "
