"This company came to my home for the one year check on my newly built house. They sent someone who was not qualified to do the work. He shut off my gas stating there was a gas leak. He said he could not repair it and I would have to wait till the next day. It was a Friday evening and 36 degrees outside. I called another company who came out within the hour and found the gas valve unwired, set to off, and the input test screw filled with silicon. The new company cleared this out and found there is no leaks. They even cleaned up after the Carolina Comfort. There are 2 regulators which intermittently vent a small amount of gas which is normal. I do not recommend Carolina Comfort to anyone. They do not call their customers back. Their service tech was rude and yelling stating he was not going to jail for manslaughter. Unbelievable experience!"
