Even though I was upset with the service that I got from one of the text who I would call vindictive I wanted to the office that next morning, and I asked for a manager, and I got Mr. Curtis, and Mr. Curtis told me that he would come out to the house and he would bring a check with him and his name was Travis. He took pictures underneath my house so I saw the work he did to test my system for leaks. He is a professional technician and I would recommend him to anyone, especially an elderly person like myself who doesn't understand HVAC repairs.
