"David does quality work, communicates well, and keeps to schedule and budget. Reliable, conscientious and a nice guy too. I highly recommend his work; the remodels on my 2 bathrooms couldn't have been smoother. I am ecstatic with the finished product, my bathrooms are wonderful."

"DAVE IS A TAKE CHARGE GUY AND IF YOU ARE A NOVICE AT CONSTRUCTION JOBS HE WILL PITCH IN AND HELP YOU THROUGH THE ROUGH SPOTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM FOR ANY JOB YOU NEED DONE."

"I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!"

"We hired Fine Finish for our kitchen remodel and addition, and they did an awesome job.  Our project manager, Aaron was
great, and Mark and his wife kept us up to date with job progress.
We got a project plan up front that told us when we needed to make material decisions to keep the project on track and the project was completed on time and on budget. The new addition blends in perfectly with our craftsman style home which is one of our key requirements in selecting a contractor.
If you are looking for a remodeling contractor that goes the extra mile on communication, responsiveness and does the job at a competitive price, this is it.

"We had a very good experience working with Chuy and his crew. He was very fast to get us an initial estimate and was then very quick to begin the work. He was also very flexible in working around complicated timelines that we had and the electrical work that we needed completed in between the framing and the drywall work. Overall, they did a great job and our basement looks 100 times better than before."

"

The consultation (my husband was there to meet with the estimator) went well and the estimate reflected what was discussed. It ended up being more expensive than our budget will allow at this time so we haven't yet scheduled the work but it is really helpful to know what to plan for/expect and can adjust from there if necessary.

One minor point: Based on the graphic that is shown on the deal itself (which includes a blueprint) I had expected to receive some sort of visual representation of the remodeled bathroom with the estimate. It isn't really clear in the language that it was supposed to be provided so we didn't consider it to be a negative, but wanted to include it here in case others had the same expectation.

"Company is very knowledgeable (the how to's and materials to be used)about all they inspected including state/county laws governing these systems ie. what excavators are to do to insure dry foundations and basements.  This company has general contractor experience and background education for general contracting so several areas get checked very thoroughly.
