"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "I hired this company back in April 2022, I’m a realtor and needed someone to take care of a few things in one of the homes I was selling, they came in and in a matter of hours fully painted the interior of the home, fixed a large whole in the wall, performed mold treatment and installed new faucets and ceiling fans.
