"My home has a chimney that was unsafe to use (cracked masonry liner). I dreaded the time and cost of a tear down and replacement. I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. "I would like to thank Alpine and especially Drew Krueger, the service technician, for warning us about the potential danger of the 22 year old Carrier HVAC unit that we owned. The system had a gas pack that was original to the system which had never needed service, was quietly coming apart. I have been very concerned about our unit because I have heard of their potential to leak gas and kill families when they get older. Drew Krueger showed me the seams on the gas pack (I am not totally sure about the correct terminology) were starting to split open. And I know, you know what the end result could have been. I needed Joe and his son Tony on two occasions over the past two months.  Each time, I was met with friendly, on time service and very fair pricing.  Joe is very conscientious about doing a good job, and I like the chemistry he and his son have.  They work well together, fast and efficient.

Joe takes great pride in his work.  Of course, I'm in a rush to get things done, but after a particularly rainy weekend, Joe completed half my job one day and recommended that I wait two more days to let the bricks dry out as the humidity and moisture in the bricks were making the job look presentable but not right.  Joe wanted to do it right, which I respect.
