"Jaime responded to my call and came over to remove the bird as quickly as possible. He called on his way over to let me know that he was 30-40 minutes away, which was very courteous. He removed the bird and then released it, unharmed, back into its natural habitat. After the bird was removed, Jaime scheduled a time to come back to clean out the dryer vent and then install a bird guard to prevent this from happening again in the future. I was very happy with the service. I felt that Jaime and his crew were very professional in terms of showing me what they were doing every step of the way. I would have appreciated it if they had moved the dryer back to its original position in the laundry room, however, and he did charge me $15 more for the animal removal than he had quoted on the phone, but I felt that the quality of the service was so high that I probably would have paid him at least $15-20 extra anyway. I will definitely be calling if I need any services in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

I have multiple properties and somehow the wrong address was loaded in the system when I used the Angie's List deal. Mike rescheduled me for later in the day at the correct address. We received an estimate for cleaning our chimney and fireplace when purchasing our home and the work ended up being far more extensive than the original estimate (major safety issue was found during cleaning). A&T Chimneys visited our home 4 times over the course of 2 months to finish the work. They worked around our schedules and were always on time, worked hard, and thoroughly explained all the work and future work. They were extremely reasonably priced and we do not believe we would have received anywhere near the same level of service from another provider.

"The owner of Stone Depot, Nick Papas, offers hands on professional service.   I am a realtor, so great service is part of my professional standard and I appreciate it in others.  Nick was always available by phone and was very responsive.  I was nervous about selecting my granite, and I changed my mind at the last minute.   Nick was very gracious and allowed me to select another granite that I preferred. His team arrived for the installation on time and did an outstanding job.  The was a minor issue with caulking, and Nick sent someone out the next day to finish it off.  I could not be more happy with my granite and Stone Depot.  I was advised to personally select my slab of granite - which I did.  All granite is different, so that was good advice.  The location for selection was in Sterling VA, which was great for me since I live in VA.
I also checked out Counter Intelligence, but found the salesman was not very concerned and did not go the extra mile to get my business.  I  had to drive all the way to Silver Spring MD to look at samples of granite slabs.  That was to far to go.  Also, their price quote was higher.  The smaller company atmosphere at Stone Depot was a much better choice for me.  I highly recommend them!

When he came out to give an estimate, he was very thorough in explaining the job. His price was also very reasonable and he was able to start the job the very next day. "Wonderfully! George was prompt, polite & professional. This is my first gas FP and I learned about some routine maintenance I had missed! We had a bad sensor which he replaced. He cleaned the FP, the glass front and checked the switch. All works wonderfully again. What a joy to have such a great experience."
