"We had water damage. PSR showed up the next day. they adhered to scope and budget. Team was punctual, would call ahead to reconfirm exact arrival dates/times throughout the remediation and reconstruction. Project started and ended on time. Walked us throughout the process, so there were no surprises. Truly professionals from the managers down to the actual staff in the trenches. After the project ended, they were as responsive to address any issues that we raised, as they were during the project."

"Wonderfully. They are friendly, professional, conscientious, and do great work. As with any job where the damage is hidden, there were additional issues found. I was given detailed information about them, what needed to be done and the option to fix now or later. I chose now because the information was so complete and explained so well."

"“Jimmie was excellent. He took the time to review our concern of water leaking from 2nd floor bathroom onto our 1st floor. We were extremely concerned about what damage it can cause and Jimmie educated us on what was going on and the options to address the problems. He answered all of my questions. He fixed all issues we had and worked quickly to prevent damage to our home structure. It was a pleasure working with him.”"

"Great service and workmanship from start to finish. Our sales rep (Chris Holland 919.389.6235) was very thorough, worked around our schedule and helped in every way possible with our damage and insurance claim. Chris and his team worked very efficiently and did tremendous work. I would highly recommend them for roofing or any other construction project. Thanks again!"

"The team from Remodeling Company did a splendid job in replacing our aging and weather damaged roof. Our rep did a terrific job working with us to understand the process and in answering all our questions. The team also worked diligently to come up with a financial solution that best fit our situation and which we are most grateful for. Considering the size of our roof they were able to complete the entire process - prep, demo, underlayment, shingles, and clean up in a single day and without any difficulties or issues. All in all an excellent experience and we heartily endorse them!"

"We had a water leak in a skylight and it caused water damage in the ceiling and adjacent walls. OCI Restoration was incredibly effective. They were at my house on short notice with a team of professionals. They were mindful of our furniture and belongings, and created barriers to protect the areas that had not been damaged. Their team was courteous, polite, and very responsive to our needs. They were able to settle everything with our insurance adjuster and made what could have been a difficult situation, very easy for me and my family. We will always be grateful to OCI."

"Karlton is highly knowledgable, fair, and professional. He s not only an expert in mold remediation and disaster recovery, but he spent many years building homes, so he understands structural issues and where you can cut corners and cannot. He was easy to work with, fairly priced, and flexible in scheduling the work. All of the guys that came over were professional and nice. I highly recommend Karlton.
