"Long story short, Charles was swift to respond to my initial inquiry (unlike ALL the other electricians I called, and there were many!); He installed a 240V outlet in my garage two days later!! (I was being told by others that even as little as a meet’n greet would be at least a week out); He was quick, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and highly experienced in his field!!; His price was 15%, Yes! 15% of the other quote I got!! I suspect the other quote was so insanely high because 1. that other electrician was featured on the Tesla site, and 2. it’s easy to scam someone who doesn’t know much about electricity – he was telling me I need all new panels installed etc. etc.). It certainly goes to show how valuable an honest electrician is!! Even after he completed the work, Charles showed sincere interest in my need for the outlet by doing further research and helping me charge my Tesla in the most efficient way! I have other projects in mind and I will not even remotely consider hiring anyone else!"

He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "First let me say I was very pleased with the tech they sent, Jeff. He came down all the way from Dana Point, and still managed to be on time! He was right on task and quick to diagnose the problem and then made the fastest trip to Home Depot in the history of contractor trips to HD. Quickly made the exchange and double checked to make sure that it was actually repaired! I think the whole thing took 1-1&1/2 hours! My tenants were very pleased! My husband could never have done it so quickly, which automatically made it worth every penny! My only regret is that I didn't make better use of the time I had left on the two hour deal... My fault for not thinking ahead. I was thrown off at first by his looking no older than about 17-18 years old.. Shame on me! He was he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. More so than most other workers I've ever had work on our rentals! He even picked up a spare breaker, at my husbands request, which, was the only charge, beyond the initiial "big deal" cost. "Originally, I had some concerns...it took over a week to get someone to come out and give an estimate and during that time, Atlas Electric forgot who I was and I had to remind him 2-3 times what I needed done. There was also confusion as Atlas assumes that their customers will use and respond to SMS messages. However, once the electrician came out, it turned out he was quite reasonable, knowledgeable, responsive, and decently priced. And, followup was very fast. Indeed, the job was done perfectly and I don't think any other electrician would have done a better job. The wiring for the new circuit branches were hidden properly....an effort above and beyond my expectations. New outlets were flush and pristine. Installation of the new wired smoke alarms was also done perfectly and with patience. Discussions of future projects with Atlas Electric went well and I would recommend them to friends. The company just needs to get a better customer management and contact system....unlike other businesses, Atlas doesn't seem to use a call center or receptionist or anyone other than the electrician to respond to requests."
