"Long story short, Charles was swift to respond to my initial inquiry (unlike ALL the other electricians I called, and there were many!); He installed a 240V outlet in my garage two days later!! (I was being told by others that even as little as a meet’n greet would be at least a week out); He was quick, efficient, extremely knowledgeable, and highly experienced in his field!!; His price was 15%, Yes! 15% of the other quote I got!! I suspect the other quote was so insanely high because 1. that other electrician was featured on the Tesla site, and 2. it’s easy to scam someone who doesn’t know much about electricity – he was telling me I need all new panels installed etc. etc.). It certainly goes to show how valuable an honest electrician is!! Even after he completed the work, Charles showed sincere interest in my need for the outlet by doing further research and helping me charge my Tesla in the most efficient way! I have other projects in mind and I will not even remotely consider hiring anyone else!"

"First let me say I was very pleased with the tech they sent, Jeff. He came down all the way from Dana Point, and still managed to be on time! He was right on task and quick to diagnose the problem and then made the fastest trip to Home Depot in the history of contractor trips to HD. Quickly made the exchange and double checked to make sure that it was actually repaired! I think the whole thing took 1-1&1/2 hours! My tenants were very pleased! My husband could never have done it so quickly, which automatically made it worth every penny! My only regret is that I didn't make better use of the time I had left on the two hour deal... My fault for not thinking ahead. I was thrown off at first by his looking no older than about 17-18 years old.. Shame on me! He was he was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. "I bought two Toto washlets (bidet toilet seats) to be used in the two bathrooms upstairs. None of the bathroom had a GFCI outlet to provide power for the washlet on top of the toilet. Mehran came 15 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and started to seal the working area with plastic sheets. He removed an old phone jack outlet and used its space to install a switch for the GFCI outlet in the master bathroom. The GFCI outlet was installed nicely near the toilet. We can turn the switch on before we use the washlet and turn the switch off to save power when we are not at home. Mehran replaced the single light switch panel with a 2-switch panel in the guest bathroom. One switch controls the light and the other one controls the GFCI outlet. Both the switch panel and GFCI outlet were installed nicely. Mehran also reconfigured two switches to provide power to two yard floor lights separately. Mehran kept his work area very clean during his work and after his work. He was very polite and friendly. My wife and I were very pleased with Mehran's excellent work. We will hire him for all our future electric jobs. We recommend Mehran highly."
