Once he fixed everything and got our new thermostat power, our AC has been working perfectly ever since. I'm now a really big supporter of Excel Air. Their office staff worked with our insurance company after hours and actually updated us (what company does this these days) the entire way. I can't tell you how impressed I was from their office, Lucas and most of all their successful resolution of our problems with our AC. Thank you Excel Air!"
