"PM Electrical Services installed two new over the counter lights in our kitchen. Installation involved new LED lights mounted on the bottom of kitchen cabinets. He also told me enough about the ballasts in the old lights to convince me to have him return the next day to replace the other old light which had not died yet, but the first new light was such an improvement that we really wanted both to be new and brighter.
