Get matched with top water heater installers and replacers in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA

"I was WOWED by every aspect of our project. I called on Sunday, expecting to just leave a message but got a human voice. Angie was so helpful in answering my questions. She scheduled weds. for replacement of my water heater but because of a cancellation she got them to come on Monday. Both Juan and William Came in and went to work. Got the job done in a couple hours . I didn't have to deal with the old water heater. I was very happy with their work and they were very patient with my questions. George also came early to flush my tankless. This is a well run company and their prices are fair. I will be contacting them for any other jobs I have. Thank you!"

"Arrived on time, cleared the drain, cleaned up the worksite. The scheduler and plumber were very friendly. Price was good, value was great. Will definitely use them again."

"The team of this company which included Samuel, Agapito and Sergio did a wonderful job. The job was really hard. It included removing an old water heater from a small cabinet under the stairs and placing a new heater which was taller. I am very grateful for their job."

"Excellent job! Good Guy Plumbing fixed my leaking water heater quickly and thoroughly for a fair price. Spoke with Robert over the phone and David came out to do the repair. Both were professional, knowledgeable and kind. I recently bought a new townhome and will be doing business with them for any future plumbing needs. Many thanks to David, Robert and Good Guy Plumbing. It’s such a relief knowing there are good, honest plumbers I can count on."

"All the people sent to my home were professional, friendly and efficient. Eric, the repair tech, had to give me the bad news that my furnace was not repairable. He listened to my requirements and desires for the replacement and gave me a solution that matched at a reasonable cost. Novlin and Brandon came the next day to install the unit. They were careful of my home and floors. They installed the new furnace quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves very well. Before leaving, they showed me pictures of the work in the areas that I couldn't easily get to like the attic and roof. I'm very happy with the whole project"

"Tony was good mostly. Pros: He was on time every time. This is big for contractors. He was on time for estimates and both times he had to come to place He was the best priced The water heater is installed and working. Cons: His quote was very vague. He told me he would put plywood and install a replacement water heater. And he did. However, the first time he installed was with OSD board...basically looked like junkyard plywood that they put underneath water heater... not good and it was inside my house, maybe if this was in a garage you could get away with it, buy my water heater is in my closet. The first time they came out they installed the wrong water heater, claiming mixup at the warehouse. I can not confirm or validate this, but they did come back the next day with the correct size and also replaced the particle board stuff with real solid plywood that he put a layer of paint on. Once the discovery of the error with the wrong water heater and the bad wood. Communication got very short. He agreed to get replaced then hung up on me. We ended up texting and I offered to pay a bit extra for higher quality material, I just asked that he let me know what that cost would be. He never told me what the new cost would be until the job was completed and I was given the bill. Overall: All in all, he is very well priced, his people were on time and professional, and he did what he said he would do, so he is an honest contractor which is good. My experience was not the best but I would give him a call again however would request a more detailed quote."

"Also had them install faucets, do pipe repair, and clear drains. They were on time, easy to communicate with, returned calls in a timely manner, discussed job prior to starting, and looked for the most cost effective way to solve whatever the issue was."

"Power Pro installed a water heater for me. They scheduled and completed the work very quickly. They were very responsive in communication with me. However, they recommended a water heater that would not have been suitable for my volume of use and would have been inefficient. That required two changes in the work. Fortunately I was paying attention, and they cheerfully did the changes. In addition, I authorized a partial payment on my credit card to start the work. When they finished the job, they made another charge for the balance without my authorization. I was satisfied with the final job, and they were entitled to be paid, but I did not like being charged the second time without being asked. So, in the end, they were very fast and pleasant, and they did good plumbing, but it was a bit of a struggle. I recommend them and would use them again, but you have to pay attention."
