"Our family interviewed a couple of contractors to help us remodel our guesthouse. From the start, Guy came with a professional and exciting energy that made us feel comfortable with going with Builderzz. Guy was upfront about what he thought was possible/safe and you knew he was paying attention because he never missed a detail! Although Builderzz was not the lowest quote, we appreciated the reasonable, itemized and thorough estimate! For this particular project, we had our guesthouse's kitchen, flooring, and bathroom redone. The remodel looks immaculate! The best part about working with Guy and Builderzz Remodeling was their dedication to quality and speed (it was not one or the other). I've worked with other contractors and they were NEVER on schedule. I was shocked at how quickly they moved through the house. However, I also really appreciated Guy's dedication to quality. Our piping was completely outdated and Guy automatically updated the piping because his team didn't feel comfortable with the old piping (I LOVE THAT!) On top of that, Guy was great about communicating timelines, expectations, and questions with me. I'm usually at work during business hours so Guy was great through e-mail and text which I really needed to complete this project. With any project there can always be hiccups. Guy and team never try to deflect blame or make excuses. I think this is extremely important and speaks volumes to their character. Guy always tries to make all things right. "Spazio LA is THE BEST!!! We just completed a whole house remodel of our 2,250 sf home, inside and out and the result is stunning! From the first day we met Essi and David to the last day of touch-ups, this incredible company went above and beyond absolutely all of our expectations! They always and quickly responded to every text, email and phone call. No request was too small or silly. No problem went unsolved and all issues were handled quickly and efficiently. We never felt rushed or pressured to make decisions or to spend more money. Essi respected our desire to stay in our home during this amazing, insightful 8-month adventure. Our home is beautiful and has completely transformed the way we live and breathe! Our new home is clean, modern and clutter-free (including our newly organized garage with epoxy floor). We used all of Spazio’s suggested subs who were absolutely wonderful. All work was done to Essi’s exacting specifications and highest standards. "I contacted Ev, the owner of elg design, regarding the coupon for the 2 hour professional interior design paint color consultation for $185. When we spoke, she let me know that I was able to use this purchase for a 2 hour design consultation instead, which is what I needed.  <br /> The purpose of her visit was to give me her professional opinion regarding a potential remodel on our existing house or perhaps to sell and buy what would best fit our needs. She looked at contractor plans and evaluated the space we had to work with and what was proposed. We discussed family room and kitchen options, master bedroom and bathroom configurations, pathways that did and didn't make sense-- things a designer would notice! We spent quite a bit of time talking about backyard space that would be left with the remodel, and she gave us a few referrals should we decide to sell our house. <br /> Ev was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. She is very responsive via email or phone.  <br /> I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing this type of service! <br /> When we make our decision and are farther along in the process, I would love to have her help again with more design and decorating help-- the fun stuff! <br />"
