"We had a pipe burst outside our house that connected to the city water service, and our water had to be shut off until it was repaired.  I called a few plumbers who were not available, and then called All City Plumbers.  They were able to come out immediately in the evening.  The woman who set up the appointment was very detailed and helpful.  I immediately received texts and emails with the job description, the ETA of the plumber, as well as a photo of the plumber and additional information about him.  I really appreciated all of this info and it was very seamless in the presentation and delivery.  The plumber who did the job, Myron, was probably the best plumber I have have dealt with!  He was friendly, smart, and expert, and most importantly got the job done, and quickly!  The price was very reasonable and his van with all of his equipment was state of the art.  I could go on and on about how amazing Myron and Ally City Plumbers are and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!"

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! I’m grateful & my tears of relief are real. I don’t do well in the heat & my landlord is not really able to help me with this issue now. I can finally rest well tonight! "Eric and Josue came out the same day to diagnose the my central AC. They explained what had failed, what needed to be done and how much the repair would cost. A couplle of parts were necessary and Josue rea[laced the parts and cleaned the outdoor unit. He took pictures of the unit and the parts replaced. AC works great! Josue and Eric are very professional. THey even watched out for the house cats so the cats wouldn't get outside. Repairs completed at the price quoted. I am very impressed with Service All-Stars and its employees."
