"It went very well and all the issues were resolved quickly. Adan was very professional and confident service person. We highly recommended Payless water heater and plumbing."

"We had a hot spot on the floor and a high gas bill last month leading us to suspect a slab leak. We called several plumbing services and Personal Plumbing was able to come out the next day with their own slab leak tech. The techs were on time and took about three hours to find the leak and reroute and place pipe to repair. They were able to avoid more holes in the drywall by placing the pipe on the exterior garage side, extending us savings. They also showed great integrity by letting us know that any repair would also have to replace factory pressure valve that was no longer working (putting pressure on our system). We will definitely keep them in mind for any other plumbing work we need done!"

"JAX installed my tankless water heater. They were easy to work with and they did a very neat job. Finally they provided everthing that was promised."

"I have been with them for years with no problems with their Installation or Service. Their staff is always on time and professional."

"Very long. 3+ hours. Suppose to be routine servicing. Turned out to be just diagnostic. Long list of things to repair. Had another company review and a lot less repairs recommended. I felt like it was a come on to make sales."

"Excellent service. Ray called ahead of appointment to confirm model requirements. He found that a leak was starting. I trust his judgment. I have used Vista plumbing for 20 years for toilet replacement to water heaters and I am always satisfied."

"Excellent plumber. He’s exactly the kind of plumber you hope to find who is knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely easy to work with. I had a shower cartridge issue that another company (you can find which one in my other reviews) tried to turn into a major, $1500 expensive repair. Long took one look at it, explained clearly what was going on, and never once tried to upsell or overcomplicate things. He told me there was no reason that company should have tried to upsell me like that for a simple job. He was upfront, calm, and confident in a way that immediately put me at ease. What really stood out was how straightforward and practical he was. He handled what was described to me as a “difficult” job with no drama, fixed it efficiently, double-checked everything, and made sure there were no leaks before leaving. He even took care of a second shower while he was there, all for a price that was well, well below what others were quoting. Beyond the technical work, you get the sense that L"

"Arrived on time. Checked water heater and adjusted thermostat."

"When I first talked to Al he walked me through some items to see if I could do the repair myself. Once we figured out the level of the repair needed he immediately came over the next morning. By noon that day he had replaced my water heater, brought it up to code and charged a very fair amount. He also removed lines and capped them that were no longer in use that was not related to the water heater replacement. Al is old school and I very much appreciated his honesty as well as trying to work through the problem. Two other companies, they remain anonymous but both are on TV, came out and didn't look at the water repair heater to repair but just gave me an extremely high cost to replace. I have found my "go to" plumber. Thank you Al1"
