"Having just bought a house in Orange County I wanted it wired for data (Ethernet, cat6), voice, and video distribution. I looked at all the Yelp* reviews and contacted three well rated companies for quotes. My wife found A+ Network Pros through homeadvisor.com and although they are out of Riverside, they do business all over Southern California so I invited them to also look at the project and make a bid. The three found on Yelp* provided quotes that were shockingly high despite reviews that they were reasonably priced. Apparently I am either the poorest person in Orange County or I have no sense of what is reasonable. Pass on all three! A+ Network Pros (my wife's find on homeadvisor.com) gave an estimate that I considered reasonable. Moreover, talking to them and hearing their suggestions and comments about what I expected in the project really inspired confidence in their work and that they understood what I was looking for. I hired them and was pleased with the speed at which they worked and the overall professionalism. They wired the entire house, removed all the previous weird wires sticking out of floors, ceilings, and closets, and provisioned a data closet for me. Best part is that they actually beat their estimate by nearly 15%. Finished on time and under budget... what else can you ask for? The work they did exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again on my next project coming up in a couple of months. One thing I learned from this is that homeadvisor.com is a good alternative to Yelp* and that good businesses exist that are listed on either, or both, website(s). I also learned that other reviewers do not necessarily share my concept of value and reasonable pricing. FYI, their website is a work in progress so don't be discouraged by that."

"Jim with North Alabama Technical Services removed some items from my computer so that I could send emails and attend to items I needed to address that day. As planned, the next day he thoroughly cleaned my computer, he also made helpful suggestions while working on my computer. I would call him again if needed and I thought the fee was reasonable."

"Overall, he was knowledgeable, professional, and did great work and customer service!! I called Anthony and right away I could tell he was more of a phone/Ethernet wiring expert than the others I had spoken with (since I had been searching around). He was more than willing to answer any questions I had over the phone. We set up a Saturday appointment, which was a big plus not to have to cram it in during the week. Anthony was running about 90 minutes behind on the day of our appointment, but if you have ever had any repairs done that is normal. After seeing what we wanted to do, he talked through all our options and provided a great quote. It was a no brainier! Part of the wiring for the TV had to be routed down an exterior wall due to our roof line, but Anthony covered it with a nice molding that he made a special trip for. Anthony did a great job and we couldn't be happier! It is so nice to have the computer in a separate office, and a hardwired TV (so long wifi buffering). Anthony also went the extra mile by returning later to provide an extra Ethernet cable."

"Wow!! I highly recommend All American Solutions to help you with any computer issues you may have! Bob promptly contacted me after I put the word out that I needed help. He clearly stated the services that he provides. There is one charge no matter how long it takes to service the computer. In my case the issues were many and somewhat involved so there was no quick fix. There were lots of malware floating everywhere -- in the browser and the computer and lots of registry issues. I would guess that he spent at least several hours in total on my computer. Everything works like it's new now. And the company hires US military veterans so that is also something that warms my heart. Bob is a true professional who knows his way around a computer."

"Tune-up moderately increased speed of computer.  After a week or two it seemed to get a lot slower.  I realized the package I paid for was for a relatively short time period of services, but it would have been nice for the technician to let me know what they weren't able to do and give a recommendation on additional services.  Or at least warn me that I'd continue to experience some slowness.  I eventually used another vendor (for whom I wrote a good review).  They were much, much better and greatly improved the performance of my laptop."

"Chip was on time for my appointment and he was very professional.  He explained things very well and each problem or concern that I had he addressed.  At the end of the repair service prior to ending the call, Chip went back over my list of concerns to make sure that each matter was addressed and repaired. The result is that I have a faster running computer and I have updates that are now being properly installed.  I WILL be using this company to work on my other computers!
