It was leaking, so we shut off the gas, the pilot, and the water inlet, to lessen damage if it burst. Ehrhardt offered a price based on our descriptions and photos, of course with caveats for anything unexpected. A water-heater costs a pretty-penny, but less than we expected. A fair price. They came the next morning, and had the water heater replaced in 90min. Impressive. But the manufacturer sent a unit with a bad pilot! Ehrhardt returned immediately and in 30min, they figured it out. They had a replacement part over-nighted. The next morning, in 30min, done. Hot water. AAAAAHHH :-) The problem was the manufacturer’s fault, and Ehrhardt handled it flawlessly: Excellent communication by Ehrhardt, priority attention to our problem, no excuses, just fast resolution. "He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."
