"I found Mike Durst and his crew at Kodiak very honest, straightforward, and true to their word. At first I thought I would only remodel our existing master bath/laundry area to give it a facelift and make better use of space for storage. When they came out to look at the project I indicated I really had hoped to add a shower too, but a previous vendor's quote was so high, I thought it was outside what I was willing to spend. Mike Durst said he'd give me the quote two different ways - with shower and without shower. Once I added up their labor and what all the costs for materials would be, I decided to add the shower. And am so glad I did. Wish I could share photos with you all. My bathroom is beautiful and I've been waiting 23 years to do this. I would hire them again, but one thing I would do differently is make them help me more picking out all the materials and scheduling delivery dates. I had no idea what hardware would work with the shower kits and the one I ordered was complicated. The plumber was a bit overwhelmed. I would have also liked to have known they didn't prefer working with Lowes compared to Menards. I guess Lowes customer service wasn't too accommodating when they dropped by to pick up vanity, faucets, etc. I had ordered online. I would have gladly ordered from Menards. And thinking back, I would have waiting until I returned from vacation to have them get started instead of having them work on the project while I was on vacation. Then we could have communicated a bit more about things that popped up. But I am so pleased with the end result."

"We have just had AOM complete work on our home. If you are on the fence about using this company, I hope this review helps. The interior of our home had not been painted since it was built (about 2003). It still had the flat contractors paint and some areas were looking decidedly worse for wear.Being pregnant with a toddler on the loose, we decided not to attempt the painting ourselves. I commenced obtaining quotes. Generall,y when having work of any kind done on our home or appliances, I prefer to go with a company that has been recommended to us by friends or family we trust. So we had a number of companies from around the local area come to give us quotes. However, I spotted AOM on Angie's List and was intrigued by their offers and more importantly, the reviews people gave them.I decided to call them for a quote. Well, they were super fast in getting back to me and David offered to come out the next day to provide a quote. After a walk through and explanation of what we needed, he was able to quote me on the spot.We had a relatively tight schedule to get the painting done. We decided to have it done whilst we were away overseas. Certain past experiences have left me largely mistrustful of giving my home over to anyone while I am away, but after chatting with David and Ashly, the owners of AOM, I felt confident that we were in good hands. We were leaving in less than a month and needed the work done by the time we got back. No pressure. Ashly and David were fantastic in fitting on with our schedule requests. Ashly was so great in helping us to decide on exact colors to match our general idea of a color scheme, coming over more than once to put up paint swatches in the different rooms in different areas so we would be able to tell how it would look regardless of time of day. I can't tell you how many color samples we tried before we made our final choices. My mother in law was gracious enough to offer to be on hand to help out with daily concerns, and the AOm team worked so well with her. She was completely impressed - not an easy feat with her! Before we left we had constant communication with Ashly, who even helped me choose paint scents.While we were away, we got regular updates, with pictures from AOm as well as an online work board so I would be completely in the loop with the work done/to be done. We returned the day before yesterday and LOVE the work they have done. We are so incredibly happy and impressed with the work they did. They did all our ceilings,our walls, fixed cracks and dents where needed,painted the walls and to my absolute delight, managed to get my dinged baseboards and door frames looking like new again.They also took care of the smaller details, like kindly replacing globes they saw had blown out. Today, David came by for a walk through to ensure we were happy with everything. There were a few minor things that he fixed right there on the spot. Needless to say, all their fantastic reviews are well deserved.They work hard, work smart, have integrity, and are so very accommodating to their customer's needs. That they are also trustworthy is a huge thing for me , and I suspect that anyone having work done in their home, whilst they might not be about at all times, will understand this. Give them a call - you will not be sorry. Oh, and their quote? A fraction of the cost we were quoted by the others. We intend on using them for all projects in the future."

"Punctual and professional. Carpets looked awesome for several weeks. The stairs have never looked better. We paid extra for the stain guard. Now that is has been about 5-6 weeks, several stains are beginning to reappear. They were really dark on light carpet -likely pet stains so we were surprised that they even came out. Bummer that they are coming back though."

"I contacted World Painting after CertaPro dropped out of sight.  We quickly got an appointment with them and they were ready to give us a bid that day.  The price was reasonable and it included power washing, caulking, and painting our porch floor along with the entire house.
They were able to start within the week and kept us updated through out the project, letting us know what was the next step and when it would be completed.  Customer service was excellent.  When I had a question they called me back within the hour. 
They did an amazing job and we have gotten tons of compliments on it.  We would definitely use them again.

A completed package of ideas for everything from area rugs and furniture to accessories are then posted into your profile on their website. It's a one time posting. If you want additional help or want to make changes, an upgrade to the $99 package is required.
The decorator I worked with was friendly and professional. This is a great idea in concept, but I think it would be better to have someone come to the house. I have not used any of the suggestions in my package, but it was worth $25 to try it out.
