"The service went well. I been using them for years and they have been always good."

"MAP Construction delivered in a pinch. We consulted MAP for a second opinion on whether to replace a part or the entire HVAC unit when we lost our air conditioning in the high heat this summer. Not only did we receive sound advice that did cost us more in the short run, the advice will save us even more in the long run. Their attention to detail, customer service and nimble pricing made us feel more like family and not just a customer. Did I mention we have two German Shepherds? They are creatures of comfort. When they are comfy, life is spectacular. Remy and Otto would also like to extend their thanks to MAP for making the inside temperature cozy again (photos included). Will always trust MAP with all our future needs, we hope you will too."

"Chris was wonderful. Came out and gave me an estimate beforehand or and then we scheduled a time. He was prompt did a terrific job and charged me less than he initially thought he would. Really feel fortunate to have found him."

"I have a 101 y/o commercial building with the old boiler. Mark is the only plumber who I found that could service it. He knew what he was doing. Even when that horrible snow hit. His son came out diagnosed the pump. Replaced and serviced the radiators. Thank you"

"I was looking for quotes for a new furnace since mine was over 20 years old and failed, so decided to have it replaced along with the matched central air conditioner unit. I got estimates from several heating and cooling companies but ultimately gave the job to RTT Heating and Cooling, LLC . Ryan came out quickly, looked at my units and answered all my questions to give me the best options for both cost and reliability for a new complete system. Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need like others. His office contacted me and we scheduled a date to replace the units. Ryan sent out Tommy and Tyler , these guys removed the old Furnace and Air unit and Professionally installed the new ones, They were quick, professional, courteous and answered all questions. I couldn’t of asked for a better team of people including the office personal Nicolina, who was all so very professional and prompt. All I can say If you’re looking for a GREAT heating and cooling company to work on or replace your furnace and/or air, then Give Ryan a call! I highly recommend him, OH! and his pricing was fantastic and offered great quality equipment ! Thank You all at, RTT Heating and Cooling ! John"

"It took some time for them to respond to my initial message.  However, I was able to schedule a time for a quote within a week or so of Jason calling me back.
Two workers showed up on time and I agreed to have them do some of the work that day because they were already at the house and available.  They were to provide a quote for the remaining items subsequently.
They were very professional and personable.  They also took care to clean up after themselves when finished.  I was happy with the quality of the work and their ability to quickly finish.
I provided a C rating because the ensuing lapse of communication regarding my invoice and additional items that were to be quoted is severely lacking.  I have now emailed both emails provided for this company and left a voicemail with no reply.  It has now been 6 weeks since the original service was performed and I still haven't received my invoice or quote even though I provided payment on the day of the service for the work performed.  I shouldn't have to continually call and harass the provider to receive my invoice.  This is unacceptable.
I was likely going to use this provider for additional work, but now my business will go elsewhere.  Very disappointing.

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"This type of service is one where you trust the technician. I didn't visibly see work done."
