"Jim was very helpful and personable to work with.  I had recently moved to the Huntsville area and was unable to connect my wireless printer.   There were also some things going on with my laptop that made me suspect a virus had somehow gotten on to it, it was running more slowly than usual, and I wasn't happy with the Win7 configuration I had done when I bought the computer.  Jim came in and assessed the problems and we agreed on a time for him to take the laptop and reinstall the OS.  He was able to get the wireless connection to work as well.  He took the computer on a Friday evening and returned it Sunday evening in prime condition. 
A few weeks later I  got an error message while reinstalling my accounting software so I called Jim.  He talked me through the problem over the phone and I was able to get the program installed so I could use the program.

"A two-man crew showed up on time and got right to work. I hadn't realized they'd need to get at the vent from inside the house - and it's behind my stacked washer and drier. The laundry closet is so small that this makes getting behind there EXTREMELY difficult and uncomfortable. But get behind it they did. They hooked up some truck-mounted suction and / or blower and cleared it out. They also cleaned the drier exhaust host / duct, cleaned the critter filter up on the roof end of the duct, and got it all squared away nicely. They were courteous and didn't complain at all about having to struggle with the tight space."
