"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"They are a small company. I have been by their place; they have a small little warehouse back on Paulson Road. It's just a father, his son and a couple of other workers; maybe there are five or six people. But they come out on time and do a good job. They have done a lot of doors. They have no hesitation about what the problem is and how to fix it. Usually they have the parts with them, so they don’t have to run back to the shop to get parts or tools. They carry around everything they need with them because there are only so many garage door types. If they have worked on it, they have it. I was very pleased with that. They came out the same day, and they did the work and charged a reasonable price. This is not covered under buyer home warranty."

This man is very honest in what he says, does excellent work, his sons are working with him, his daughter is learning the business so she can help out in the office, she was out there learning, they are very good, and she was out there helping them put the bricks on our 3 car garage. We had to take them down, got them repaired, and they put them back up. They are excellent, excellent, excellent, reasonable in price, cleaned up, and I was very, very excited with them. They spent a whole weekend out here. I have already referred them. I'm just glad we found him. The price was very, very, very reasonable for what he did. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future."
