"Sila Heating and Air Conditioning is the only service I found that can service my Buderus oil burner. John was the tech this time and he did an excellent job of taking care of the burner and then explaining the problem that arose with my chimney liner. Since I didn't have heat or hot water until the liner was fixed, I had to use a company I didn't know as an emergency repair. I was able to speak with their tech using the information provided by John and therefore felt comfortable with the costly repair. John even came back after his last call to turn the burner back on. I have the warranty on my burner so I pay a discounted price and have the coverage if I need it."

He was super nice and extremely helpful in answering questions about different options for the new install to make sure we got the set up that would work best for us.
