"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.
I would definitely use them in the future, I was very happy with the response and appreciated that he was polite and understood that I couldn't wait for them to become available.

"He's always done great work. You know he'll do the work right when he comes out to do repairs. He won't charge you a huge amount. I would recommend him. If you text him he's very prompt with responding back."

"I cannot recommend Mark more! We called him for a dishwasher installation and pipe repair. He quoted us reasonably - and was generous with his work and time when what we thought was a simple job turned out to be much more complicated. He was absolutely a pleasure to work with - communicative about the issue and his solution, flexible with scheduling, and just an all-around nice guy. We will not be hesitating to call him in the future - our go-to-guy for all plumbing needs."

"It was an excellent, efficient, professional job. I would highly recommend Gene, his son Ryan, and their crew for repair or construction work. They were early, completed the work as promised, and cleaned up the entire area. And they were courteous and very nice, easy to work with!"

"Our tech Call Young, arrived to the house within half hour very professional listen to our concerns and issue was resolved right away. Will definitely call on them again if needed!"

"Statewide representative called back in less than 24 hours to make appointment.  He came to the house in the evening and even called to say that he would be later than scheduled.  After inspecting for the cause of the leak, it was concluded that the problem was old caulking that had dried behind the fixtures.  He gave me the option to repair it myself, an easy fix, or have him do it.  I liked having the choice and that he did not try to sell me something I did not need.

"The project included an extensive scope including the installation of a full bar/kitchen, full bathroom, , framing of several rooms, mechanical/electrical/plumbing tie-ins, lighting, wood flooring, shelving, installation of two sewage ejection pumps, and audio/visual components. Two-River’s owner, Andrew Lashchyk, personally as well as his design and construction team demonstrated the utmost professionalism and workmanship throughout the project. Andrew demonstrates a hands-on approach to all the work and holds his subcontractors, material suppliers, and laborers accountable. My wife and I cannot speak highly enough of Two-River’s on-staff carpenters, who were largely on-site for the entire project. They were courteous throughout the entire install as workers and material were brought in and out of our house. They were also meticulous in leaving the house free of dust and the basement debris-less at the conclusion of each day. Andrew and his design team assisted us in providing multiple design options and ideas, in many cases maintaining budget, while not compromising quality. We are highly satisfied with the end product and truly feel that Two-Rivers helped transform our basement from an unusable, cold storage space to an efficient and usable extension to our home. We owe a huge thanks to Andrew and his entire staff and we definitely recommend Two-River Interiors for any small-to-large scale renovation project."

"they were the best ever, of any repair service. the best"

"These guys are the real MVPs. As a female, contractors usually try to overprice the work but with Anthony and his partner, I didn't feel that way. I feel like they were honest throughout the diagnostics/evaluation of the problem. The resolution provided matched the recommendation from other companies, but they didn't try to oversell other work that it wasn't necessary and push a "sale" like other companies. Great communication, honest, respectful, quality work, a competitive price and left the space clean! They treated my home like if it were his own. What more can you ask for?! I'm going to be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future."
