Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "The initial contact was made expeditiously, they called to confirm my appointment. They let me know who would be showing up, and that I would receive a call when they are 5 minutes out. That was exactly what happened. My HVAC specialist Taylor was very professional, he explained exactly what he was going to do and why. He got my air back on, cleaned my system, and explained what the problem was. He also explained that I should get a part replaced in the near future, because there is a short in it and is what needed to prevent the air from going out again. I would have had the part replaced today, but this service call cost a little more than I was expecting and I would have to wait to have the part replaced until my next pay day. The cost of the repair was the only thing that prevented me from rating this a straight 5.0, but I wouldn't let that stop me from highly recommending Aire Serv or hiring them again. Because as I stated they were very professional, honest and I was very satisfied with the service I received. And I appreciate these aspects above all others."

We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service. They were very professional and did a thorough job. They explained what they were doing from beginning to end. We were shown pictures of before and after as they did the work. We will use them again if it becomes necessary."
