"It is July 4th! Every big company I called said they didn t have any parts in stock, they could maybe help me next week I was so stressed out and so upset. Called Ruben s, Carlos showed up in two hours, when he said he would, he had the part on his truck and now I ve got air-conditioning! And he didn t up-charge me or give me a bunch of fast talking. "We had to have a new hvac system installed. 05/22 We bought a Daikin system. We also had a duct cleaning performed, an air scrubber installed, & a new damper system put in. We also signed up for the quarterly service. 06/23 During quarterly maintenance, tech informs us of poor air quality and tells us we need a duct cleaning. I said we just had one done a year ago. The next day Chad (service manager) comes out and looks at it and says the tech had faulty equipment. 08/23 The discharge thermistors were faulty, the fuses tested weak, and the compressor was bad. There was an issue with how the system was installed. They replaced the parts all under warranty. It took around two weeks. They provided 2 window units at no charge. 06/24 Upstairs was not cooling, tech came out and the damper needs replaced, it was under warranty & was replaced the next day. The techs that come out have all been very polite, respectful, and efficient. They will charge a service fee anytime they come out for anything, even if itâ s under warranty. The manager Phillip came out and spoke with me personally about some of the issues I had. Honestly an HVAC system in Texas is going to be a pain in the butt. Overall Minuteman is one of the best HVAC companies around to help you deal with that."

They charged $489 to install my Kitchen faucet that I bought. Only labor for less than 1 hour. I called them to get a break down of how it cost $489 for installation of a faucet and they didn't call me back. I will never use them again."
