"Started a little shaky with an employee making appointments but not actually putting them on the books, but when I called for a missed appt., I had immediate response. The owner came out the next day, drew up the plan, gave us the options for the tub (deep soaker), surround (goes to the ceiling), shower head and fixtures. He made some suggestions that really helped (corner shelves, grab bars). He made it easy. No price games were played, like I can do this if you book today, or let me call my boss to see what we can do. He gave us a discount for cash payment. The work was done as soon as the parts were available. The installers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I would absolutely use Rebath again"

"It's hard to say at this point because I haven't used the design to determine if it was a good one or not.  He included an estimate with the design which was a little more than I was ready to spend on the kitchen remodel but probably reasonable.  It took him a little while to get back to me with design and he did apologize for the tardiness.

"This is the second time I used UB kitchens for a remodel. The first time was good enough for me to go back. But this time the experience was great. Terry Shwartzman was my contact and she was quick to respond to emails and voicemails. She was really good when it came to designing my space and her suggestions were on point. Due to timing, I had my contractor install the cabinets. He did not finish out the cabinets the way UB kitchens would have. So when they came out to replace a panel they did final touchups that really finished out the kitchen. I asked the guy if he could add some additional under cabinet molding to hide the lighting and he did it on the spot. The final product is great and I just love my kitchen. When it comes time to upgrade my bathrooms, the first place I?m going to go is UB kitchens.
