"They may be good for business to business, medium to large new construction projects. High operating costs (and high margins?) means higher prices. I do not recommend for a homeowner with an existing single family residence. I needed to replace the galvanized pipe connecting my house to the street for an irrigation project. Between offering the highest bids (before an extra $10k option to install all copper), their nonsensical proposal for an invasive relocation of the line to service the water heater, and their proposal to use an excavator to tear up my yard and remove multiple shrubs and a tree just to replace my water line, I elected to use a different company. I appreciate the business like demeanor, their connections to government and utilities, and that they have the resources to pay for multi year apprenticeships"

"I work in heavy construction and I fully recommend George Gas Piping. In fact, dont even bother getting other bids. They will not beat George. George is the best. If you are reading this, STOP looking for other bids. I called 5 plumbing companies who also do gas, and the quotes were all 3 times George's bid. My job was VERY complex - needing about 100 feet of piping, and numerous complicating bends because of vaulted ceilings (tiny attic) and slab-on-grade (no crawl space). All other contractors told me this is such an impossible job, and the jobs they described would be shotty results and ugly at best. Forget those guys! George made it sound easy. George came out and decided to go the long way around my house with the piping so it could be concealed under the eaves of my house for hidden installation. He ran the piping in through the wall and right to my kitchen stove spot. He included a free T for a BBQ range outside if I want to put one in later. George handled the permitting 100% and it went flawless. The inspector loved it. George will install a textbook perfect installation for you, wont rip you off with price (incredible price really), and he gives comfort with his knowledge and expertise. And a BBQ hookup! I've actually given George's number to two other people already and he just finished my job yesterday."
