"Called the night before and told them I had turned my water off so it was not an emergancy, so he said he would call me the next morning it was around 11 am when he call and tech was out around 4 pm to look at problem.  He gave me an estiment and then said they would be out the next morning.  The next day once they got there the work was done in a timly manner.  They had to dig up the old pipe from the water main to and under the house.  My origanal out facuet was out of code needed to be after the water cutout valve in the house.  The hooked up a new one that meet code.  I wished they wolud have put the dirt on a tarp or even on the drive so the only are that was affected was were the ditch was dug.  I know in time the grass will grow through were the dirt was but it looks bad at this time.  Over all I was very satisfied withthe work that was done.  The next day I lost pressure in my shower so I called them and he said to check to see if I have pressure somewhere eles.  I ended taking my shower head of and let the water run then all was good.
