"Very hard workers, renovated both bathrooms from plumbing to shower doors and trim. It looks great. We have 26year old house and apparently 15 years ago the plumbing was recalled due to failures. Justin Shane changed plumbing in crawlspace to all lines into the house and outside spickets. Found out during this process that our hot water heater was rusting and was replaced. We had bath walls and vanity damaged and had to be returned and replaced. This put us behind and Lowes never offered to deliver any of the products that had to be returned. Justin took items back and got replacements. The return process took over an hour each time due to Lowes unorganized process. There was 5 items damaged when we got back here with them. Justin worked late several nights in order to keep on schedule due to Lowes terrible quality control. All in all, Justin did a great job and we would hire him again."

Carolina Beach has an old infrastructure and a distinct egg for smell while the water is OK to drink it doesn’t smell appealing and this bothered me for my guests. in our Airbnb. Team gave us several options and followed us through the process for at least three months to help us understand how the system works, how to maintain the system, and maximize the life out of this investment. With every project there’s a bumper and we had that but it was not due to John or his team rather Carolina Beach’s water. I’m confident with the softener total house water filtration system and the under sink RO system we are now providing a better quality water as best possible in this area.
