"I have zero complaints about our tech, Jack. He was thorough and communicative! We have a system installed through the roof and he was able to paint the exhaust pipe to match the shingles. The front office wasn't as great. We had to schedule a follow up visit because the initial install wasn't going to work. Unfortunately they never put me on the schedule the second time. So my install day came and went but we didn't hear anything from Swat. I calle the next day and no one knew what I was talking about. Our account manager (Brian) was very apologetic and offered to take some money off our install because of the confusion and the fact that there were no available appointments until August 11th. "A two-man team worked very efficiently to remove each vent cover and vacuum inside the vent openings throughout the townhouse. One man removed the vent covers while the other man vacuumed inside the vent openings. No problems with how they worked but I think there are other companies who perform a more thorough cleaning of ductwork using other methods. This company did a superficial cleaning and worked very quickly. In and out within an hour.
