He gave me more storage space by building the shed taller and installing more shelves. After building the new shed, they did a fantastic job in remodeling my garage. The garage was completely insulated, drywalled, a new ceiling remodeled, windows reframed and the garage was completely painted. At the end of each the day, everything was cleaned up and when the projects were completed, all debris was removed. Courtney is courteous, professional and dependable. "I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. "He did an outstanding job! The pricing was extremely reasonable and a lot less than I had expected. Brian and his workers were highly professional and seemed knowledgeable in what they were doing. They had to do some electrical work, work around the doorway, flooring, and painting. They completed the job within two days and cleaned up very well. The work was done so well that you could not tell that any work had been done. I was thrilled with the work that he did! I would highly recommend their company for anything that you would need to have done."

"The quote was way over what he first said and we really didn't want to go with him so we went with a different company. He came out right away so he was very punctual. He gave us an estimate within about 4 days. The estimate didn't include the dumpster and that kind of stuff so it was a partial estimate. It was already over what we had budgeted. We were looking at $20,000 or under. He lied about having insurance and he is not certified with the BBB and he said he was. He has a BBB sticker on his van."
