"Of the eight companies who bid, Greenwood did the best assessment of the somewhat quirky situation my old house presented. The estimator came just a few days before the big freeze in January, and they were able to schedule installation within two days. Once the installers were on site, there was some confusion re where various components would go, but a phone call to the company cleared that up within an hour. From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do. From then on the system has operated flawlessly and lives up to its reputation."

"Decided to purchase a tankless water heater and an A/C. If there are any issues from purchase, to installation, to post installation, this company will resolve it 100% to your satisfaction (and then some)! Im appreciative of the sales rep (Tyler), the install techs, and electricians involved (Hunter and Mike Barber). FYI made a new friend in Michael Barber the on call electrician who had to come from 1hr away to fix an issue late one evening. Definitely fair priced, and well worth the money spent and more. "From the very start, Overlake Heating Heating A/C was professional and responsive.
I called to explain that I wanted an estimate for a new furnace and the receptionist told me that Rob would call me back to discuss any questions. 
Rob called me back very quickly and explained the different options for replacing a furnace. He gave me his email address in case I had any additional questions. 
I had researched and interviewed several companies, but I felt the most comfortable with Overlake and with Rob.
I emailed Rob with many questions andy he always responded quickly and with good advice as far  his opinions as to the best brands of furnaces. 
It was easy and fast to schedule an appointment to replace my furnace. 
The technicians (two technicians- Jye and his assistant (sorry- I do not remember his name) showed up on time, did a quick install, cleaned up and explained in detail how everything works. They removed and replaced an existing gas furnace, obtained the permits and performed duct pressure testing.
They removed their shoes when entering my home, cleaned up and got rid of any garbage before leaving
They made sure to explain what they did, how everything works and what needs to be done in the future to maintain the furnace. They answered all my questions and Overlake even sent me a thank you note afterwards to thank me for their using their company. I am very picky about cleanliness and responsiveness and quality and would highly recommend this company. I would use Overlake again for any additional heating or air conditioning needs.

"I have worked with Cardinal on maintenance for my heat pump and have been very happy with their service. Called them for a quote on this project, along with several other suppliers and their price was competitive. Also, they were the most responsive, able to turn my request around and send a tech out the next day, even though we were in a bit of a cold snap that had them quite busy. I have a B on punctuality only because the job took longer than expected but frankly, the fact that they were able to fit me in so quickly(before a leak could turn into a mess!) was a high point of the experience. The tech was knowledgeable and friendly, answering any questions that I had and flexible in meeting my requests with regards to adjustments, etc. The next week when I wanted the water setting hotter, they sent someone out the same day I called, as a follow-up to adjust the temperature. I have been quite happy with the experience and would highly recommend them. I also wanted to note that they have a good reputation around this area...one of the plumbers that I called actually recommended them over himself for the particular setup that I needed."

"Everything went well and smooth with their help. I got the proposal with all details at the same day when they came to do the estimate. Our old furnace was built on 1971, and it was in a closet next to the water heater tank. When one other company came to estimate, they wanted to cut a furnace size hole on the wall facing the hallway to fit the machine and we have to find a constructor or handy man to finish, like to build a door or make it look good, but G&S figured out an easy way, which is to turn the machine toward another direction and eventually only cut a vent on the wall. It took two days for all the installation, and they cleaned up when they left and everything looked clean and nice. They also listened to customers. We didn't want the heat pump to be right next to the stairs of our deck, so they chose a spot which was few feet away from the closest spot without any question. We appreciate for that, since the wind blows out from heat pump is kind of strong, and we feel comfortable with where it is at now. One thing I really like is they were on time, and they called around 30 minutes ahead before them showed up. They also take care all the paperwork for the PUD rebate, Costco 10% shop card, and city permits, and all we do is waiting their call to arrange the time."
