"Bill, the service man was very polite and explained everything, also gave me info on items that needed repaired.  
The best thing is its a company that has been in business forever and they treat you with respect, also if you need to contact the company you can pick up the phone and actually talk to someone. In the past with other companies I could never get a call back or a follow up with finishing the job.  I will use them again.
