Had to remove the attic ladder to get the bigger unit in, but they left zero trace that anything had been done. I called them for a concern when it was below zero in the winter. I called this company and they said that there was a technician in my area on another repair job and would see if he could swing by and look at it for me. It was late and I didn't expect him to come. The tech showed up and told me he needed to run extra wire to make it work. So he came back the next morning and ran the wire for me. He showed me how to program it and set it up on my phone.
