"Friendly, courteous and professional! Shane did a fabulous job of inspecting a basement drain and inspecting the drain line to the sewer. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend DB's Plumbing and Drain."

"So, the first one to come and inspect and give an estimate was a different company; if we hadn’t had Prince William Plumbing out here after that, this other company might have scammed us out of many thousands of dollars by replacing our main service line. Prince William Plumbing did a much more thorough investigation and discovered that the problem was a connection to the sprinkler system and not the main line. They saved us so much money, while also being incredibly professional. Even the techs that came out to do the work were awesome. Truly great people at this company."

"It went amazing. Paid the extra bucks for emergency service, because of our smallish waterfall, looking leak, sprouting from a bathroom pipe, enough to puddle water onto our basement/laundry room floor. Initially, spoke to Chris, who was pleasant and upfront with the per hour fees, for emergency services. He sent us Tim, who was hesitant at first, due to the location of the leak, but his experience and knowledge, enabled him to decipher the location of our leak and fix it. A quick trip to Lowes, where he promptly returned and in 90 minutes, the job was done. A week later and the valve is bone dry. Yay!!!"

"Beyond excellent service. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsible. I cannot believe the level of expertise in this company. Davis, is by far the best plumber I have ever used."

"Darroll and his assistant were courteous, Professional and very knowledgeable. Was able to unstop drain and noted another issue that I will be calling them to schedule that work."

"Quick turnaround in getting a repairman to fix/replace a leaky line valve -- much appreciated! And the repairman was utterly competent, knowledgable, and communicative re: the problem and options for solving it. I'd recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem."

"Great job. Technician was solid, professional & friendly. Resolved the issue efficiently."

"Brand new system froze over twice. Fairly expensive."

"The issue with the train was corrected and the technicians answered all my questions and tested the line and everything works properly now. Extremely satisfied with the work that was done."

"Very Responsive, helpful, and customer service driven. Reid is willing to explain as he works, so you understand. Unfortunately, his assitant left the old pipe on my back yard patio instead of throwing it away with the rest of the trash. Other than that, two thumbs up! P.S. You won't go broke, but don't expect a cheap price either. Remember, you get what you pay for. Quality work comes with a quality price...........................Thanks again Reid, I'll be using you for all my other projects."
