"This company does Hot Water Heaters; With a singular focus --with nearly 30 years of experience-- I have never met a company that delivers such a perfect project. Water Heater Services LLC owner/operator, Curtis Littlefield and his helper out performed my expectations in every category of replacing my hot water heater. Pre project, the company listened to my requirements, gave me appropriate advice using language and terms that I understood. Once the requirements were agreed, with a good price for materials and labor, the install was scheduled for the next day. The team arrived on time, with the correct tools, product, and vigor. The old water heater was drained, disconnected, and removed. The new heater was installed per my requirements and plumbing code, filled, tested, and the operation of the equipment was explained. The installation area was cleaned and waste was removed. Like watching a sports team, every movement between the well stocked and equipped truck and the equipment room was deliberate, efficient, and orderly. The new equipment was installed and heating water within 1½ hours. Curtis and his helper followed the Virginia COVID19 work guidelines exactly, which is comforting for those who are at risk or uncomfortable with visitors/contractors. Bravo! Thank you."

"Appleton Campbell just did a complicated 2-day gas furnace/AC unit installation attached our home. It was, probably, the most professional and well-handled vendor experience I have ever had, particularly with some complications that occurred due to things found after the old system was removed. From the sales process to the pre-project staff to the office staff who alerted me each time the crew was heading to my home, to the on-site crew of Mike W., Danny R. and Jake A., the experience was A+. Even when the one issue was presented, they came up with a solution and I remained confident they would. They were extremely clean and neat, during and after they were done. I did getting three bids for this and they were slightly higher than the others, but I felt more comfortable and frankly, I believe I got my moneys worth as they also had to fabricate and redo a complicated return and vent line, and they also moved the gas line, refrigerant line and other conduits/poles/switches to a more convenient area than with my prior (similar but older) system. In short, I felt like the value was there. They also included a Home Savings Agreement for one year and left me with a consolidated notebook of all relevant documents. Cheapest is not always better, and with all they did, the pricing was very, very close. I've known AC for years in the community, but only used them on a couple of occasions. I've become a huge fan and will use them again (I have other systems!)."

"DB's has emergency service so, when the water line to my refrigerator was leaking late at night, they came out right away and replaced the line as well as the decrepit faucet that feeds it in the wall. The water line replacement moved pipes to a route under the house with no disruption to the walls. A small area about 18 inches square in the floor of the basement utility room was re-cemented, so there is no evidence of the replacement and they re-seeded the area in the front lawn that had to be dug up. This company has never failed me. They stand behind their estimates and never charge more. I highly recommend them."

"If I could give 10 stars I would! Our 2 year old hot water heater went out in the middle of the night due to an electrical issue. Tommy came the next morning, identified the problem and explained everything to me. He returned later that afternoon with a brand new hot water heater and installed it. We had hot water less than 24 hours after our heater went out! Installation was professional and I can tell he takes pride in doing things the right way. Was able to get a new system installed within a week (our other system had a cracked heat exchanger & found out at 17 years old & having the old R22 refrigerant, it was time to replace). "Jimmy Gusky HVAC is truly as good as it gets. One of our AC units went down and through the warranty company found our way to Jimmy Gusky himself. Although out of their territory, Jimmy was willing to make the extra trip to diagnose the problem. He was very responsive to get our initial service call scheduled and determined the unit needed to be replaced, and we all know these units usually decide to break down only when pushed to the limit in the hottest summer months and we need AC the most. He did the legwork to get the warranty company to honor the recommendation and as you can see from the attached photo put in a much more substantial unit that is doing a fabulous job cooling the home. Add to that he actually had the unit and scheduled the install even before the warranty company approved the swap out. I that isn't one of the greatest examples of outstanding customer service and going above and beyond to exceed expectations, I don't know what is.
