"Had them install gutters but later had a leak in roof and they were very quick to come and inspect the leak. Lloyd is very personable."

"Leaf Guard came out as scheduled and provided gutter replacement estimate. That was the extent of the service."

"The gutters and covers were great."

"Chad (the owner) was great to work with from beginning to end. Besides the new gutters we also had a new roof installed here. Communications from office staff (Mackenzie) in connection with it all went well too. The installers of roof and gutters were friendly, knowledgeable, and always on time. The price for our new gutters and new roof, was very competitive and reasonable. We had a little issue with the new gutter... however, Chad had made sure that the issue was promptly fixed and resolved...before the rain set in. Thank you for that! We are happy in how everything (gutters and roof) turned out. This company will go the extra mile to get it right for you!"

"Carlos couldn't have been better.  The roof is very steep and not visible from the ground.  We haven't had anything done to it in its 9 year life so we wanted the roof inspected and appropriate repairs made.  Carlos gave me a call when he was on the way.  He checked the roof and found no problems, but did give me some information about roof treatments (they don't do spray treatments.)  He also checked the gutters (they also do gutter cleaning) at my request, but the foam inserts were fine and nothing needed to be done.  AND he refused payment for his time as he considered this to be an estimate.  We will definitely us Roof Rx when we do have a roof or gutter problem!

"Nikk was always available to answer questions, super responsive. He and fit us in his schedule right away and completed the job immediately after receiving the doors. Surprisingly reasonable price for his services. He is friendly and professional and cares about the work he does."

"They were great. I liked them. I was very pleased. They came when they said they were going to come. It was a case where we had a problem and they figured out what to do. We actually added a downspout to the existing gutters. They were good at finding a remedy to the problem. They were very prompt."

"A small area wasn't covered by the original gutter. They returned as soon as I called and fixed the problem take care of the runoff. Their workers are skilled, polite, and do good work very quickly.

"I needed all the windows replaced in my house and from start to finish Lifetime and the people I worked with were excellent. Tate came to the home to review the work to be done and provided the quote. It was not the least expensive of the quotes, but Tate took the time to explain the installation and the options/ideas for how the windows could be framed that impressed me more than the other companies. I was given an install date and there where no delays, the work started on that date with Tony leading a 2 man crew. Tony was also great to work with, courteous, professional and I felt comfortable enough let him be in or out of the house as he needed to and he kept the work areas clean. The new windows look fantastic. The Price review is marked N/A because it didn't matter for this review. All 3 companies were very close in their quotes. Also, Lifetime was the only company that mentioned I would receive a federal tax credit and they did all the paper work for it."

"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."
