"Extensive revamping of and tearing out of old decks, using old wood to rebuild areas that were bad on deck, painting decks, and building a beautiful stone walk way from the driveway and ramping up to my deck for use with walker and wheel chair if needed. Very responsive to needs and questions, as well as making sure that we have been happy. They will finish on Tuesday and couldn't have been nicer at all times. "The crew was a bit sloppy when Joe wasn't around, but he had them return to re-do a few places and clean off areas where the concrete/mortar should not have been placed. There wasn't anything than couldn't be fixed."

"The process went mostly smoothly. The initial estimate was done, but after having several estimates, it became clear there was a math error from TPC, but Ramone came out quickly to fix it. We picked our granite, and Ramone was very understanding when I had to repeatedly reschedule due to an injury I had sustained when building and installing the cabinetry (nothing too serious). The team had to review our kitchen again to ensure everything would fit as expected, as they were not sure if they were going to be able to have the grain flow in the same direction throughout the kitchen. Unfortunately, that led to TPC rescheduling with us, which they communicated poorly. However, they did a great job when they came out, and were very professional and courteous."
