"The team did a great job from start to finish. Our front load washer wasn't draining properly and was giving an error code. I had sent them the description of the issue and the model number. They contacted me the same day and scheduled a service call the following afternoon. They then called me the next day to see if they could come earlier which was nice. When they showed up, they quickly examined the washer and gave me an estimate for replacing the pump and dealing with a blockage in the drain line. They had brought a replacement part, so they were able to replace the pump and deal with a blockage in the line pretty quickly. Compared to other service providers, it was refreshing to have someone bring the parts they needed with them and work pretty quickly to fix the problem at a fair price."

"Manny did an amazing jod diagnosing and fixing my dryer. Very honest and trustworthy, excellent communication, highly recommend!"

"I spoke with Rich from Texas True Appliance Repair via text. He was professional and showed up promptly as expected! He diagnosed the issue in less than 2 minutes! He saved me from purchasing a new dryer or throwing this one out. Iâ m so glad I found them on Angiâ s (Angieâ s List). The service fee is good for 30 days, if I need additional assistance after my complex cleans the vent ducts. There are still awesome repair professionals in the world! Thank you so much, Rich! Iâ m 100% referring everyone!"

"They are prompt and have great communication. The service is great"

"Our washing machine is working again since R3M fixed it and we are very happy. The latch on our Whirlpool washer is locking now and we can do laundry again! Work was priced reasonable too, which we are grateful for."

"We have hired this pro multiple times and he has done stellar work anytime we have needed help. He is very knowledgeable and is able to get parts at a very good price! He has become our go to for appliance repair and refer our friends to him if they ever need a repair as well. Our repairs have gone quick and normally he has had parts quickly to finish the repairs."

"Anchor came out today and fixed my dryer"

"Great experience, I was contacted almost immediately after requesting quotes for a dryer repair at 9pm! They stated they would call me in the am to setup a time, they called, set up the time, the service team member contacted me when he was on his way, showed up handled the repair beautifully and left by 10:30am. He was very customer focused and made sure I understood what he was doing and why the less than two year old Maytag dryer needed repair. Overall great experience with the company and employees!"

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."
