"They were power washing an apartment complex we live in, when asked if they could temporarily work on another unit of the building so we could leave for our appointment without getting wet we were yelled profanities at They refused to move and continued to water while even we attempted to get out of our garage which was impossible due to the limited space we have in our parking lot. They also had an altercation with an elderly resident who was concerned."

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."

"Repair Clinic sent me a water intake valve that had some scuff marks and an unnecessary fixture (which I thought nothing of, assuming it had been removed from a new dishwasher). When the part did not fix my dishwasher's issue, I ordered a circulation pump, which also failed to fix the issue, so I decided to return both parts. Repair Clinic blamed me for the scuff marks and extra fixture, which is unacceptable. They referenced their return policy which states that parts which have been installed cannot be returned, and denied me any form of refund. For all I know, the water intake valve was defective, and I have no recourse. Don't put any stock in the "No-Hassle 365-Day Returns" they proudly tout on their homepage. Instead, expect finger-pointing and uncaring dismissal. You are better off with one of their many competitors."

"Greg & Donnell cleaned all the exterior cabinet surfaces. I didn't want the insides painted and I really like the contrasting look now when I open them. Greg removed the doors and drawers and took them to his place to primer, lightly sand and paint. He and Donnell came back to do the same with the boxes. They worked super quick and well together. A real team there. They started on Monday and were completely finished by Friday morning. I purchased some handles at Home Depot and my son added them to the cabinets which really made them stand out. I could not be happier with the results. My cabinets turned out exactly like the picture I had in my head. My kitchen looks so much bigger and open and light."

"If we could give them zero stars we would. We had some of our siding replaced and they replaced the wrong pieces of siding around the house per my husband and my initial walkthrough and according to the diagram we were sent. When we addressed the issue to Tim in person, he was very rude and would not listen and kept telling us that there was a lawsuit against the original type of siding that we had on our house. Never once did he listen to the fact that those pieces of siding were supposed to have been replaced. After this we wrote a negative review. Only when we reported it to the state did they offer to replace the pieces of siding that they were supposed to have originally replaced and their condition included that we would take down negative reviews of their company. We refused because we did not want anyone else to get swindled and lose money to this sham of a company. The siding Roberts replaced was done in March of last year. Less than two months later, the siding they replaced was peeling off. They also say that they use computer matching to match the paint on the siding, but it was very obvious that the new siding was way too light in color compared to the old siding and it looked awful. I had offered to give them the paint for the siding so it would match better but they declined. They did not replace Tyvek underneath the new siding when they installed it and did not do anything to address mold that was underneath. DaBella and Eminent Roofing did the right thing. They addressed the mold issue and put all new Tyvek underneath before putting up new siding."

FAQs for new windows service projects in Richland, WA

Yes, bay windows add value to a home. They enhance the property by expanding the interior space and flooding rooms with natural light. Their unique three-panel design creates a stunning focal point that elevates curb appeal and modernizes living areas. This architectural detail increases both functional space and visual appeal, directly contributing to higher home resale value.

Yes, all window types have the potential to become part of a bay window configuration when modified correctly. The transformation involves reconfiguring standard windows into a multi-panel design that features a larger central window flanked by smaller ones. This process requires precise professional planning and custom framing to ensure durability, visual balance, and structural integrity.

Bay windows typically consist of three glass panels extending beyond the home's exterior walls, with a larger center panel flanked by two smaller ones. In contrast, bow windows are composed of four to six equally sized glass panels that create a gentle curve and do not extend as far from the exterior walls.

Bay windows cost more than standard windows because their expansive, multi-panel design requires additional materials and skilled labor. Their construction involves extra glass, specialized frame components that extend outward, and complex operating mechanisms. These technical demands necessitate precise engineering and multiple expert installations, thereby significantly increasing both material and labor expenses.

Bay windows cost three times more than standard double-hung windows because their design requires extra panels, expanded framing, and a more complex installation process. The advanced construction method increases material consumption and demands comprehensive expertise, while specialized window treatments further elevate expenses. This all results in a significant difference in overall project cost.
