"Paul and Pete performed all services well. The Fence repair and patching was done with quality and function well. They also repaired the exterior of a storage building that disintegrating. Replacing the siding was part of the additional quote, however when the work began an additional issue was found regarding the condition of the building frame. Additional supplies were needed that incurred a change order. It increased the cost outside of budget. Assessing this condition during the initial walk-through for I would have thought to have been done, but was not. Lastly, I requested the ability to re-purpose any materials from the repairs was agreed and were able to save some material cost that way. Overall, I would recommend Graceland Air for future projects."
