They put down protective covers for the floors and wore booties so that they did not damage my wood floors. Their communication was great. "They sent tag team to convince me I had sewage flooding underneath my house requiring $2k of work. I watched closely and crawled in hole they dug myself. There was no flooding nor sewage backed up. I had to pay half up front and refused to pay second half. They finally agreed with my analysis but I still haven't been reimbursed at least partially.
