"Great! I have three AC Units on my house, all were 11+ years old. I had issues with one early in the summer, then came home to find that a second one had gone kaput. I had conversations with three different providers, and ultimately I chose to go with Punbar to replace all three units. Ronald answered all my questions, made some good suggestions, and during all our conversations never pressured me to make one choice or another. He was matter of fact and honest about the limitations what we could do to improve the circulation in the house. His team was able to replace all three units in one day (albeit a long day!) and the were neat, tidy, cleaned up and picked up well, including when one of the workers accidentally put his foot through the ceiling. While they had to come back to repair the ceiling, again, it was done very well and the drywall person cleaned up the work area very well. The pricing was good, (of the the three quotes I had, Punbar was the middle price) and they worked to get all the rebates possible at the time, further reducing my cost. I would highly recommend them."

"I called Great Texas Home Services because I just moved into a new house, and had some leaky bathroom faucets. I had previously had a handyman come out and change the valve on the faucets, but they were still leaking. Scheduling with them was super easy. All employees are very nice and friendly. When the gentleman showed up at my house, he told me I needed to change the valves. I told him this had already been done, but he said that was definitely the problem. I gave him $60 to buy all new valves. He came and installed them, and the faucets were still leaking. He gave me the contact info for the Delta, to see if they would replace the faucets for me under warranty. Great Texas Home Services told me they would come back free of charge to install the new faucets. Delta sent me new valves, explaining to me that the ones that were installed were likely the wrong size. I called Great Texas Home Services to schedule the replacement, and unfortunately no one has returned my call."

They have repaired my washer, cleaned the dryer vent (we do this annually), and they installed a built in double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and 3 new dishwashers.
