"Nick was very helpful in addressing my concerns ( following other confusing estimates)  and determining the best approach to tiling the basement floor,  which has a grade that I wanted to maintain. He was knowledgeable and correct.  A small corner shower was also installed and tiled.    The end results of both the floor and shower look great!.  The tiles were laid beautifully.   The grout work is great in almost all areas...I am  hoping we can follow-up to correct an issue with an area of  the grout and a cracked shower tile..   Jerimiah,  who works for Nick, also did a great job installing the shower which was not easy to fit into place.   Both Nick and Jerimiah were excellent to work with and I would definitely  recommend this business to anyone who needs tile work."

Roberto is one of the vanishing breed of workers who take real pride in their work and pay attention to detail. I don't remember my slate floor ever looking so good. "Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. "Contractor and assistant came on time and worked hard for the 3 hours. Bathtub area needed to be recaulked as grout had gotten almost black and there were holes in certain areas. Bathroom tile grout was also black in places. Contractor removed old caulk and replaced and now looks like new. He also sealed all caulk areas. In addition, he thoroughly cleaned other tiling and sealed also including soap dish area. Cleaned up well afterwards. Work was professionally done and the cost and result were very impressive. Definitely recommend and would use in the future.

"Nathan is very professional and customer oriented. I cannot believe that he was able to restore my bedroom carpet that other carpet cleaners were unable to do. The bubble gum cleaning fluid as he calls it and his new powerful machine did a fantastic job. I thought I would have to replace my carpet, but now I don't. He also explained the difference between a shampoo and a deep cleaning. I went for the latter for my bedroom and it really made a difference. That bedroom carpet was really a good test and Nathan passed with flying colors. Thank you, Nathan . Definitely recommend his company."
