"Within a day or two of our inquiry, owner/manager Kyle Hodges was here to evaluate our problem and give an estimate for the work he discussed with us. Although we live in a townhouse, the record-breaking Maryland rainfall and the slant of the front lawn toward our foundation had caused serious water build up at our foundation and threat to overflow into the basement.. For several weeks we had been bailing rainwater round the clock from the trench that had formed at the front of our home and using dozens of paper towel rolls to absorb water. Kyle saw the seriousness of the problem, brought his co-worker Matt who would do the work to help plan their project and scheduled a date. Matt was excellent and very thorough. "This work took place eleven months ago, but that gives us the ability to say that everything Kurt’s team planted looks great and is growing nicely, except one bush that is struggling, which Kurt agreed to replace without hesitation. Distinct Landscapes installed a paver walkway, and a complete set of bushes, flowers and a crape myrtle tree. "Provided a prompt estimate to take down dead tree, limbs from 2 other trees, grind them up and do clean up.  Our lot is on the edge of woods so we my husband said he would do the clean up himself so the price came down several hundred dollars.
