"My husband and I just moved from Long Beach. We bought our house, and have never owned a house with a cesspool. I contacted Priority to come over to inspect the system and educate me about how to maintain it properly. <br /> I called on a Friday morning, and they scheduled me for the next day. They called before they came over, within the two hour window of time that they had told me the day before. Paul was the knowledgable technician that came over to do the job. He located my overflow tank first and dug up the covering so we could look inside. Luckily, the overflow was relatively new and empty, so he closed it back up, and proceeded to dig up the main cesspool. The main cesspool was 75% full, but again in good shape. While he was working on the second cesspool, the owner, John arrived to introduce himself and to check out the system. Paul then suggested that we pump the cesspool and clean it, and gave me the quote before-hand so that I could chose what I wanted to do. I opted to get it pumped and cleaned. <br /> While doing the job, Paul explained everything that he was doing, and took a lot of time to answer all of my questions( and I did have a lot of them). He always told me how much a service would be ahead of time so their were no surprises. The total time for the job was 2 hours. "Called the office and asked for an evaluation and estimate on the job. Replace pump and float with new fittings. Someone would be over to look at the issue in a few hours. Even sooner Wes showed up and evaluated the situation and current piping set up. Clearly stated what was needed and provided an estimate and time to complete the job. He and his assistant left and said they would be back quickly after picking up the necessary pump and supplies to complete the job and how long it would take. They came back as they said and began the project explaining the whole time what happened, and the improved check valve and pump replacement were more efficient and less likely to have issues when the float is attached to the pump. Wes was efficient, experienced and willing to explain what he was doing and why. Gave some wonderful tips on avoiding issues in the future and clearly was sincerely passionate about his work. When they were finished, we had a much better system for the sump and piping. I would highly recommend Best Flo as a company that delivers more than expected and highly competent, experiences associates to resolve issues you may have with sewer or plumbing issues."

"He came in and covered his boots not to get my floors dirty.  He did the work and did not require to bring machinery thru the inside of my house, contrary to what other two companies said.  One company was going to charge me double of what they quoted me on the phone, and the other guy came drunk and was unapologetic about not covering up his shoes when walking over my new carpet.  This drunk person told me to find someone else when I asked him to cover his shoes, thinking I would take him anyways because my sewer was backed up.  Unclog U was very professional over the phone and when he came to do the work.  My problem was resolved soon after Unclog U came.  I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for high quality. <br />"
